Materials Needed:
Large Cardboard Box
Scissors
Roll of white paper
Masking tape
2 Paper Towel Tubes
Markers
*Your commercial story from the Story Map
Goal:
Share the commercial idea of how to help the endangered animal.
Steps:
1. Cut a large rectangular screen in the front of the box.
2. Using the white paper, make a story frame for the beginning, middle
and end of your commercial, including illustrations.
3. Draw and cut a hole in the top left and top right of the box. Do
the same on the bottom.
4. Place the tube ends into these holes.
5. Tape the beginning of your commercial story to one tube and the
end of the story to the other.
6. Set the story box on the edge of a table so the tubes turn easily.
7. Slowly turn the tubes as you tell the commercial story to the audience.
(assign a job to each member of your group).
